He makes many speeches, tells many lies, sounds good, and throws around money to pay dummies to vote for him, even perhaps more than once. He knows most of his audience doesn’t read, or hear intelligent discussion on television programs or anywhere else, and won’t know the differenve between what he's saying and the truth.
